Can't open my .chm

Hello!  I recently switched from RH 5 to 8.0.0.203.
I can not open the .chm files I generate. I get this message from MS

Any advise?

.chm files cannot be opened on a server; copy it to a location on your local machine.

It IS on my c drive......check the path on the message.
