Change app language as per phone language

Hi

I am creating an Android app using RH11 responsive output.

Currently I have my app in English. To expand its reach, I want to make it available in my native language, Kannada, as well. For this, I can translate its contents. But I don't want to create and maintain two applications. So, is there an easier way? Preferably, I want the app to detect the phone language and display the Kannada version if it is set to Kannada.

I can consider upgrading to higher versions of RH to make this happen.
