Change in Hotspot insertion behaviour

New Here ,

I am working on a longstanding project.  I have re-builts this project from scratch and converted all base word documents from Word 2003 to 2010 format.  Previously when inserting links (Hotspots0 into word documents with the font setting on "Auto" the link would insert autocoloured green like the following :-

After working on the document and saving several times the topics are now being inserted without the auto colour change and appearing like :-

Between the normal behavious and the change occurring in the hotspot behaviour, no changes were made to the project settings / or auto font settings..  The default setting for the project project under the 'Topic defaults' tab has remained a 'Colour horspots green on insertion'

Does anyone know of a word or compatibility setting within word that might be causing this behaviour ?  or any other suggestion ?  It is a pain to go back and manually re-colour the Link text to match what was occurring automatically previously.

Thanks in advance

Bryan

Go figure.    Opened the project the day after,  Started to re-work and found the links behavied normally when added.  No changes in Word , Project or PC settings from when the behaviour started.

Obviously the fairies at the end of the garden playing games again .
