CHM not playing FLV and MP4 video files

Hi,

I can't play the FLV and MP4 files in the CHM file generated from single-sourcing FM11 via Robohelp10.

FLV appears with play button but the screen is black. MP4 appears as a hyperlink and when selected it opens the quicktime app and nothing happened.

Please help. I installed the latest flash and quicktime player and installed all the available codecs.

I know this post is old, but if you are still wanting video...

Try transcoding to QuickTime and see if that helps.

It's now even older but I am creating PDF files from my MP4 videos and linking them with hyperlinks to text in html files. Using Win10, RoboHelp 2015.
