Context sensitive help fails to show context in microsoft HTML project

I've created a Framemaker-based Robohelp 8 project containing a number of context sensitive links. Clicking on a link from the application brings up the correct topic in the completed help systm, but the folders containing the topic do not open. This is puzzling. Does anyone know what is causing this behavior?

How are you expecting to see folders open? Your help is working so what is it you expect to happen that is not happening?

    Thanks Peter-

Perhaps I haven't characterized the issue very well. The application for which the help was developed has a number of screens. Most of these are treated in topics that are nested within the help. Clicking on an application button on one of these screens brings up the help topic content, but does not open the tree and show the topic that is being called/referenced.

Do you mean that the required topic displays but not in the tri-pane window with the TOC and the toolbar?

Yes, that is what I mean. The folder containing the help topic selected does not open in the tri-pane window. Thus the help user is presented with the topic's content, but not shown where the topic is nested in the help book.

Thanks for any tips you might be able to offer.
