Context sensitive help in merged projects

I have a very large merged project (with over 20 merged projects) created in Robohelp 5 for Word. Because of Vista issues, we have upgraded to Robohelp 7. I have converted all projects with no problems to RoboHelp HTML. The problem is that the context sensitive help only shows the help for the program that the user has open at the time. They cannot see the entire help file. It works fine in Robohelp for Word. How can I get it to work for RoboHelp HTML?

I've received your offline email.

The problem you are facing is probably down to how you are calling the help. See my article on Calling WebHelp using URLs as even if you don't use that method, it will help you understand things better.
