context sensitive help

I'm trying to add context-sensitive help in an HTML Help project in RoboHelp 7. There is no folder named "context-censirive help" mentioned in the documentation. The "import map file" menu item is disabled. In the advanced properties of the existing topics the map id stuff is disabled.
Please help!
