Converting Headings from Word to RoboHelp HTML 7

Heading 2 not being recognized as a heading, it is not converting from Word to RoboHelp HTML. Also TOC 2 is not being recognized and converted either. I've tried reformatting the styles, etc., but it doesn't seem to work.

Any suggestions? Thank you, I am grateful for any and all help.

Did you ever get help resolving the Heading 2 not being recognized, etc wen converting from Word (which version?) to RH HTML?

I'm having issues, too, and would appreciate any perspective you might be able to offer.
