Could not load: ExternalComponent.DLL, error code 126

I get this error  upon running RoboHelp for Word 8.1:

Could not load: ExternalComponent.DLL, error code 126

This is a fresh installation.  I reinstalled after purchasing.  Product seems to create Webhelp ok... but I'd like that error to stop. coming up.

Thank you. Worked perfectly. You would think the uninstall/reinstall would work, but apparently some detailed registry editing is required.
