Customising AIR Help

I plan to output my online help as an AIR application, and one thing I must be able to do is customise the skin to make it on-brand with our existing applications and corporate look and feel. I know that this feature is not currently available, but if I can locate the file I need to edit I can then find a flash developer to make the necessary changes.

I have looked around the web and on the forums, but I can't find any mention of the name of the file that needs to be edited. Can anyone help?

I created a test version of AIR help using a trial version of the Tech Comms Suite, but when the trial period is over I'll be back to using Robohelp x5, and Adobe CS3 Design Premium, but if I can prove the AIR help concept and customise the skin, I'll get the approval for the expense of a software upgrade.

BTW: I have seen the other posts on this subject and have submitted this to the 'Wish list'. However while we all wait for Adobe to add this feature I want to prove the concept because our old Win help is creaking!

Previous enquiries along these lines established that even with a Flash developer, you cannot customise. The developer would need access to certain files that are not shipped with RoboHelp, you just get the end result.

Sorry but you are going to have to wait.

    Shame.

Do Adobe release any information about planned developments?

I'd love this one to come to fruition soon.

No they don't R-A-X. At least not until it is actually released. I would suggest you add your wish to the list of Wish List items. Adobe do listen to these and the more there are for this the greater chance there will be of it coming to fuition in a future version. You can do so here.
