Directly opening a help htm page with the TOC and header frame

I was wondering if there was a way to directly load a specific help page and still have the left and top frames display.

For example say my main help page is:

  MyHelp\mainHelp.htm

When I enter this url everything looks correct and I have a TOC area along with a top frame that include a search, etc.

I also have a specific help page that I can navigate to from the TOC frame.  Let's say:
  Topic1.htm

If I enter MyHelp\Topic1.htm -- the only thingdisplayed is the Topic1.htm page itself and no other frames.

Does anyone know how I can make those addition frame show up?

Thanks
