Double TOC

I have a merged flash help system that I have published successfully in the past. Now, when I publish, each of the merged projects appear as their own books, but when the book is opened, the TOC of topics is duplicated. Help! I only have one flash reference for the xpj in the Master flash.

Out of despiration, I just deleted the merged projects from the Master TOC and recreated them. All is well.
