Duplicate Contents in Drop Down

I have some drop down text that is duplicated when I export to word. It is fine in HTML

Do you by chance have two different areas on the page where you are dropping down the same information?

I think I have solved it. I looked in the HTM code, and for some reason the text is duplicaed although only appears once on the page.

Now works fine.
