Easy way to change font globally

Is there an "easy" way to change every font in every topic from Times New Roman to Arial?

You just need to go into Format | Styles and modify the font there. As long as you haven't used inline styles, that will achieve what you want.

If you have little or no knowledge of stylesheets, take a look at my site when it comes back up. Might be another day or so.

Also look at http://w3schools.com. Excellent free information about HTML and CSS.
