Emailing a Compiled HTML File

I am attempting to email a .chm file to a coworker for her review. I am able to generate the .chm to my desktop and open it with no problems. I zipped the .chm and emailed it to her. She saved the file to her desktop, but when she attempts to open it, she gets a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" error. Any thoughts/input would be appreciated.

Correction: The error she is seeing is "Navigation to the webpage was cancelled", not "page cannot be displayed".

Probably needs to "Unblock" it - right-click & Properties

Legend

I don't see an option to unblock in the Properties. What checkbox should I be looking for?
