Error 148.3 (licensing for this product has stopped working)

I received error 148.3 (licensing for this product has stopped working). I looked up the error, but the fix says it is only for "... Creative Suite 3 or 4 products, Acrobat 8 or 9, Photoshop Elements 6, 7 or 8, Director, and Technical Communication Suite." and RoboHelp is not mentioned. Is RoboHelp part of the Technical Communication Suite?  I tried phoning support, but the person had not even heard of RoboHelp. Does anyone know how I rebuild the license file? Note that Acrobat professional comes up okay. I need to compile soon for a product release and feel so frustrated.

Thanks,

Jacqui

And we're back. Writing the question made me check what the Technical Communication Suite is. It includes RoboHelp, so I went ahead with the LicenseRecover as recommended on the Adobe site and the system now works.

I've had this error, although my code was 150:3.  The Licence Recovery tool did not fix the problem, but flushing my Windows temporary files and error report logs (of which I had 17GB) did.
