Error message "The parameter is incorrect" while opening the project

I'm getting the error message "The Parameter is incorrect" when trying to open a project.

Deleted the pss file didn't make any changes.

Have a RoboHelp 8 which I'm getting the project form perforce source control.

Could you please help me with this?
