Error message: Sail library met some error

Hi there,

I came across this error in the roboEngine error log:

Sail library met some error, MsgID: 25, Msg: ERROR_INTERNAL.

I also have a whole bunch of errors relating to older projects that no longer exist:
- Fail to create IFilter object
- Cannot open the URL:
- There has no any documents for indexing in this project.

Haven't been able to find any help via the help system or google,

Hi Cam. Not sure about the "sail library" error. You may have to report this to Adobe Tech Support. The older error messages you can ignore if they are no longer happening and the projects no longer exist. You can also delete the older data in line with your other post.
