Error Message when importing Word Docs

I am attempting to import my RoboHelp for Word source docs into RoboHelp HTML (both are version 6) and I am getting the message that Word seems to not be responding.

One solution I found online was to load the SSWord.wll add-in in Word, but Word won't let me load it. (I Get a message that it can not be loaded).

Any ideas?
