I have a book with many chapters in FM. One of them is marked as "excluded" in FM. When I imported the manual in RoboHelp, all the chapters are converted. I think this is not something good

I have observed this as well. It seems to be yet another limitation to the "integration" between

FM & RH. One can hope that Adobe will address this in the upcoming FM 10.

Your best bet, if you must generate both PDF & RH outputs, is not to use the "excluded" behavior at all, to avoid nasty surprises.

Make sure you submit a wishlist for this to Adobe - the more people ask for something, the more likely it is to get into future releases.

There's a whole forum devoted to new features, but official requests go to https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform&product=6_3
