Failure to Generate PDF file

The doc was generated without problems in Word. Later, when publishing as PDF, the Processing of Topics seems to go along fine, but then this message displays: "Failed the generate PDF file 'name.pdf' Failed to save 'name.doc'. Cleaning up temporary files ... Internal error encountered Failed to generate Printed documentation"
