favicon doesn't display, IE10, Responsive

Hi,

I added a favicon.ico to my responsive layout (azure blue) and it does not display in IE10 or IE11. It displays correctly in Chrome.

I used the photoshop plug-in to create the ico file, so I know it's good and I used the RH layout settings to add it.

I'm also viewing the document locally (both in Chrome and IE), this is where the customer sees it (not on a server). Everything I find online suggests that the ico file won't display in IE locally.

Has anyone come across this and can confirm "local" is the problem here?

I've been working on this issue for 2 days - trying a million things!

I very much doubt it it the problem but I see from your version that you have not applied the updates.

With IE it's difficult to say. I have seen it work and I have seen it fail. I have also seen it fail and then start working. I suspect you will notice it more than your readers.
