FlashHelp X5 IIS

I created a FlashHelp project in RoboHelp X5 and I can build and preview it with no problem on my local machine, but when I put it on my webserver (Windows 2k3, IIS 6) only the html topic on the right side comes up. None of the flash navigation is visible.

I regularly put Captivate movies on this same server with no problems - so I don't think it is an issue with SWF.

Any thoughts?
