OK, so the Adobe site states the following with regards to FlashHelp," In addition to the traditional tri-pane help system layout, FlashHelp can generate an innovative, vertical orientation. This minimizes the screen area required, so that the Help system can be easily embedded directly into the application's interface. It can also float as a small, independent browser window or share a single browser window with a Web application."
Now this is such a tease!
I have generated by FlashHelp and now have the vertical orientation displaying. Now, how do I float it as a small, independent browser on my web application or for that matter any of the other alternatives?
I have searched and find no further details. Help, please!

Hi there
To my knowledge there isn't anything you may do to influence it.
All that action happens by your application developer causing it to!

Thanks for the quick answer! Unfortunately, my programmer doesn't seem to have a clue how this can be done. I thought maybe since Adobe told us that it could be done that someone out there might know how they actually do it.
Have a Safe and Happy New Year!

Hi there
Programmers are supposed to have "God Status" with applications. They are supposed to know how to embed windows and all that. Perhaps they have some resources available to help that are similar to these forums where we provide help with RoboHelp.
