Full text search not working

I am using RoboHelp for HTML X4.1

I batch generate my project as HTML Help (CHM) and WebHelp simultaneously.

When I do a full text search in the CHM file, it fairly reliably returns the topics containing the search phrase.  However, when I search for that same phrase in the WebHelp file, it seems to return ALL topics containing ANY of the individual words.

I've searched the help within RoboHelp - in one place, it states that full-text search is automatically created when the project files are generated.  Then a bit further, it states that the full-text search must be generated as part of the generation process.  This sounds contradictory.  Is there something I need to be doing differently?

That's the way it worked in X4 and later versions up but not including RH8. RH8 includes phrase searching in webhelp.
