Question
Getting Started Help
I just downloaded RoboHelp 7, and am trying to find some
getting started help (ideally a video) to just get me rolling on
this, get the concepts, etc. Can anyone point me to something?
Note: The email Adobe sends just lands me on the product page. Browsed around, tonnes of material, nothing suited. Have tried phoning their customer service, and had one of the worst experiences I've had - hopeless. In fact, I'm virtually at the point of giving up - if Adobe are so poor at providing help themselves, doesn't bode well for this. Very disappointed so far - can someone make my Friday...please!
