Help viewer crashes

I know this is probably not a RoboHelp-related problem, but maybe someone can help nevertheless:

When you right-click a CHM and select Properties, the help viewer crashes. As this error was reported to me, I do not know whether there is a special Windows installation problem. I could not reproduce it either, but would like to help the customer in case there is a fix for this.

Hi, Robert,

This is a known problem in HTML Help windows that you have configured to hide the navigation pane automatically when the user clicks outside the window. If you've set up your windows in this way then I'm afraid there's no workaround other than to turn off the automatically-hide-the-navigation-pane feature.

Pete,

thanks for the help! When I use this feature, then the help viewer does not fully crash upon viewing the properties dialog, but freezes until I right-click the task bar item of the help. Maybe this is just the problem our customer ran into.
