Hiding Images

Community Beginner ,

Is it possible in RH7 HTML to hide images and show placeholder text like word did? I have large images that I need to add conditional build tags to and it's kind of difficult to correctly select the images because they are so large and the screen keeps jumping around.

Thanks, J.

Try a dropdown with the image in the dropdown.

J.

I get the impression that you are just trying to hide them in the RH interface as you work, not in the compiled output. Is this correct? I don't know of anyway to do that, but I use an old version of RH so it might be possible in version 7.

That's right John, I already use conditional build tags to hide duplicate images in the output, but I was looking for a way to use a text placeholder for the images in the editor so I don't have to look at all the hot spots and such all the time.

It's not a big deal now though, I have devised a way of working around the problem I was having.

Thanks though.
