How do I import FM chapters into one RH project folder?

Question

I am importing a FM book into RH HTML 9 to create a new project. The RH conversion creates a separate folder for each FM chapter file (contains a CSS and the HTML file). This is messy and the individual CSS files are useless since all HTML topics will link to a single help CSS. It will take considerable time to move the html to the root project folder.

Did I miss a step in the RH conversion that controls how FM chapter files are converted to a RH project?
