We are using WebHelp option from RoboHelp 10.

And in the mid of creating the help for our purpose and suddenly it expires.

What is the procedure to extend(use for another 30days on my machine) the Expired RoboHelp 10 free trial version.

When our product get ready we will be purchasing RH10 license to deploy it at client end.

Thanks in advance.

FYI - you don’t need to buy RH to deploy the help you create at the client.

Hi there

I'm not sure I'm reading this correctly. You need a professional tool such as RoboHelp for developing a product you are selling and you don't wish to purchase it until after deployment of your deliverable?

What incentive would Adobe have in extending your trial for another 30 days? I mean, if you are going to buy it anyway why not just buy it now and complete the work?

Just wondering aloud here... Rick

Hi Anil.

No one here can help directly with this. You could try contacting Adobe Support and plead your case for an extension there. Alternatively if you are in touch with your Adobe Account Manager you can have a word with them too.
