How to generate hyper-linked topics in the printout documents

Hi everyone, I am working on Robohelp HTML of 8th version. When your project is generated in printed document, only the topics which exist in TOC are generated and appeared in the printed document. What has to be done to include even the  topics which are hyperlinked but not exist in TOC, to be appeared in the printed doc?
