How to insert an hyperlink pointing to bookmark placed in a masterpage?

Hi,

I'm using Robohelp 2019 (release) 14.0.14

I'd like to know if it is possible to create an hyperlink that points to a bookmark located in a masterpage footer.

If so, how can I do as masterpage do not appear in the content proposed into the insertlink dialogue?
