I get a "This is a read-only file" when attempting Find and Replace in Files

All-

I'm attempting to use the "Find and Replace in Files" feature of RH8. But when I any Replace button for any except the first found file, the message comes up indicationg that the file is read only and no replacements will be made. I've used Explorer to remove the read-only flag on all the files, but I still get this warning. Any ideas as to what's going on?

It's likely that the project is in source control.

I'm not sure about third-party products, but if you're using RoboSource Control, you should be able to right click the file in the Project Manager pod and select the Check Out option (without having to Close the Find and Replace in Files dialog).
