I get error message when attempting to install Adobe RoboHelp 2020 regarding unsupported Browser. Do you know how to fix this?

You sure it's RH2020? That https://helpx.adobe.com/tech-comm-suite/kb/deprecated-internet-explorer-10-with-ims.html article fix only applies to older versions of Adobe products.

Hmm, never heard of that issue with the latest products (like RH2020 or FM2020). Have you tried any of the fixes in that helpx article?
