I'm on RH 10. How can I change the colour of CHM file's TOC index button?

Hi there

If you are using basic CHM, you can't. Plain and simple.

If you are using the WebHelp to CHM converter script that packages WebHelp into a CHM container, you would change the button inside the skin you use. Then you would compile the CHM.
