There are a large number of recorded WebEx files that we need to convert and place on our streaming servers. WebEx uses a proprietary file format .arf advanced recording format. WebEx provides a converter that changes the .arf to either MPEG4 or Flash. Flash is what we need for our server. The coverted group of files include index.html, nbr.swf, recording.xml, screen.flv, voip.flv, and "title of the webex".swf. The flash plays back normal and fine when playing back using the nbr.swf or "title of the webex".swf; but it will not playback properly if played using the index.html. The first roughly 3 minutes of the video flys past in just three seconds or less and then plays at normal speed from that point. The audio plays back normally. this results in the audio not being in sync with the video rendering the whole project unusable. I am very much a beginner so please forgive me if I have missed something. I cannot identify anything that could cause this when I look at the index.html in Dreamweaver. Any suggestions or solutions will be greatly appreciated.
