I have a query in RoboHelp 10. When I create Word or PDF (Individual chapters) through Printed documentation, it does not create hyperlinks. I am using MS Word 2003

So don't create individual chapters.

The problem is a by-product of that method. Only links between topics in the same document get created. If you create a single book, the links will be there.

A single book is not getting created as it is a very heavy file. That is why I opted for Individual chapters. Even the links within the chapter are not getting created. I have also enabled the option "Retain Hyperlinks"

I tried creating PDF on a different machine with trial version of RoboHelp 10, Dual Core processor and 3GB RAM. And it worked without getting hanged!!! I created Single Document with hyperlinks.

Maybe try an uninstall and reinstall on your machine?
