I have a query in RoboHelp 10. When I create Word or PDF (Individual chapters) through Printed documentation, it does not create hyperlinks. I am using MS Word 2003

So don't create individual chapters.

The problem is a by-product of that method. Only links between topics in the same document get created. If you create a single book, the links will be there.

A single book is not getting created as it is a very heavy file. That is why I opted for Individual chapters. Even the links within the chapter are not getting created. I have also enabled the option "Retain Hyperlinks"

Define "heavy". Roughly how many pages would it be.

Do you get the same problem with the sample projects? Try Employee Care. Click Open on the RoboHelp Starter page and then click Samples in the ribbon on the left.
