Is It possible to create an external link to a specific Robohelp page while keeping the TOC?

I would like to publish one version but enable a way to link directing to specific content while keeping the TOC static.

    I am using a single source output.  I am wanting to link from an external site to access a specific page in OLH for a one off situation rather than what is designated as the default.

    Single source relates to your topics being the single source that creates any number of outputs. I am guessing that you are talking about WebHelp. If so see Calling Webhelp Using URLs on my site.
