Good Morning,

I noticed I can see list of all the words in the index and in the glossary, however I can't find a list of all the hotspot words - not everything in the index is a hotspot word - any ideas?

Thanks,

Jill

No quite as this would also pick up other expanding hotspots entered manually. Look for a class=glossterm instead.

Thanks for your replies - we need to make decisions on which words we want expanded definitions for on the site, and I already did some - and yes I'm referring to the Glossary hotspot wizard. From Rick's reply I assume you mean to search each topic HTML for the following code: x-popup-type=expanding - yes?

Hi Jill. Can you tell us what you mean by "hotspot words"? Are you referring to the hotspots added by the Glossary Hotspot Wizard? If so, there is no report to list these but you could use the Find & Replace tool to search to the appropriate HTML.

    Hi Colum

Just tossing in a couple of bits worth here. From what I see, it would appear that Jill is looking for a way to identify all hyperlinks (hotspot=hyperlink) in a project. Why is not clear, but that's what I gather.

Jill, can you tell us why you need such a list? What are you trying to accomplish? I'm thinking if you can tell us that, we might be able to offer creative ways to accomplish your goal.

    Cheers... Rick
