Hi Adobe Support,
I have two active Adobe subscriptions associated with the same email address:
One for Creative Cloud
One for RoboHelp
Currently, I’m unable to run both applications at the same time — signing into one forces me to sign out of the other. It seems like there’s a conflict between the licenses, even though both subscriptions are active and linked to the same Adobe ID.
Is it possible to merge both subscriptions so I can use Creative Cloud and RoboHelp simultaneously without needing to sign in and out each time?
Please let me know the best way to resolve this.
Thank you,
Rabi

This is not Adobe Support, it is a User to User forum. To sort this one out, you need to go to Adobe Support. There is nothing other users can do to help you.
See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.
You shouldn't have a problem if both subscriptions are on the same ID. I have both running Creative Cloud and RoboHelp running on more than one machine without any issues.

I'm not sure if Adobe staff monitor the forum below but if not someone there might be able to help.

I've heard of this before - you'll need to contact the TCS team - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.
