Lost formatting in my files

I was giving my project a few final touches and all of a sudden it seems like the formatting dissapered, empty white spaces that can't be deleted  appeared everywhere mostly after bold words. How can I fix it?

You haven't said which version of RoboHelp you are using. Please always start a thread with this information.

• Please go to Help > About and include the full version number.
• If you are using 2019 also state whether it is 2019 Classic or 2019 New UI.

You say "all the formatting" but it sounds like it might just be some. Is this when editing or in an output, if the latter which output?
