Dear all,
I followed the instuction of Twisties 2 at site http://www.grainge.org/pages/authoring/twisty/twisty.htm. Twisties 2 work well in my .chm file. But now I have a concern that I want those twisties open as default.
Anyone knows, please help me. Thanks so much.

I believe the comments inside the javascript file cover that. Open it in a text editor.

Dear Peter,
I mean that if I want twisties expand as default when I firstly open a topic and then I can collapse, explan twisties later. So how can I do that ?
It's not in the twisty2a.js you mentioned.

Hi,
Take a look at: http://www.wvanweelden.eu/blog/2012/08/03/expand-webhelp-drop-downs-default. But you may need a custom solution for the twiste2a script.

Hi Willam,
You're right. My twisties now expand as default. But when I click the Show/Hide All button, it works wrong. Maybe I need to customize the twiste2a script. Can you help me ? I'm not a coder.
Thanks so much.

Hi,
Can you DM me with your email address? I have made a small modification to the script that you can try.

Hi Willam,
One more thing I want to ask you, how can I make the ShowAll/HideAll button disappears automatically when there is no any drop-down hotspot in my topic ?
Because I added this button to the master page and this master page was applied to all my topics. With some topics without drop-down hotspot, this button becomes redundant.
Thank you.

Hi,
That requires a small modification too. I'll update the script and send it to you when I get home tonight.
