Memory could not be read - Robohelp 8.0.2

When I open my project by double-clicking the project.xpj file, I get the following error, and Robohelp will not open: (Cancel appears to do nothing.)

When I open Robohelp from the Windows Start menu, and navigate to the same file, it opens just fine.

I'd like to be able to open the project from the xpj file.  Is there something I can do to correct the error shown ?

Because the project opens properly when opened through RH, I would say this is a PC issue. I have seen problems with Word docs when opened from Explorer that do not occur when opened from Word.

First step would be to uninstall and reinstall RH.
