Merge Web Help Pro

Tried to merge project into Master Project. Since my instructions were for webhelp rather than webhelp pro a few of the screens were different I set up the server names (I have two, one test, one production) and published my sub project. Looked okay but when I went back and published master project, still in my TOC is the symbol of Merge Project rather than TOC. Looks like it did not work...... Please HELP!!

    After going into my project on the test server I do see my merge worked. Just some links to the homepage but will that be okay once I publish to production?
