mif help needed

I have Robohelp 5 and just upgraded to FrameMaker 8. My mif files will no longer import into Robohelp, even when I save the mifs as FM 7 files. It worked before.

Is this a forced upgrade thingy, where I have to have the latest Robohelp to work with the latest Frame?

Thanks for any help you can give.

Yes - you can save as MIF 7 from FrameMaker 8. Check the "Save as" Options.

No, that doesn't work. I tried that before I posted here.

This is probably because both RoboHelp 7 and FrameMaker 8 are Unicode.

Is there a way to save a FM 8 file in non-unicode?
