Missing images in chm file

Hi,

At the moment I am encountering the following problem when I want to create a chm file out of a word document.

I've created a new project and imported my word document. After importing the word document I see nicely all my html pages. The only problem is that no image is imported.

When I generate the chm file there is mentioned that no graphic is loaded.

At the moment I am using Robohelp 7 in combination with Office 2007.

In the past I already used RoboHelp 6 in combination with Office 2003 and never encountered this problem.

I already tried some things, but I can't find what is the reason for this.

Some other information that can be useful I guess is when I look in the directory were my project is stored and check the folder My RoboHelp Projects\TEST\xxx_files I can see some images but not all of them.

So in some way a part of the images are stored in that directory, however I don't see them in my chm file and I am missing images (about 400 that I miss).

Is there anybody who can help me on this?

You haven't told us whether you are using RH for Word or RH HTML to generate your CHM.

Please read Before You Post as it has been written to help you get a quicker reply. I will shortly be travelling and unable to pick up your reply for most of the day so unless anyone else can chip in once you advise us which, there will be a delay in helping you.

If RH HTML:

Your problem sounds like this one - http://forums.adobe.com/thread/490223?tstart=0 as there the images show in Windows Explorer but not in Project Manager or the WYSIWYG.

You say

Do you mean there is an error message? What exactly does it say?
