Missing links

New Here ,

Hi,

we use in each FM document of a FM-book a list below the first main heading.
The list contains links to subheadings, e.g.:

Main Heading chapter 1
- Link to subheading 1.1
- Link to subheading 1.2
- ...
text text text ...

While referencing the book in RH we map the formats to RH formats.
Opening the corresponding RH topics shows various results:
Most of the lists contain correctly formatted links – but some don't: No blue underlined format, no link functionality.
We searched for differences in FM – but found none: lists and links are created in FM in the same way and do well. They don't contain markers, special signs, syllabications ... We changed the text e.g. to a single word, updated the references, but got the same result: The specific links don't got the link format nor they work.
How do I get all links in our lists proper?

Thanks,
Regards
TCSx

Please check if you have RoboHelp patch 7.0.1 and FrameMaker patch 8.0.1 and 8.0.2 applied on your machine.

In FrameMaker, how are these links created - as cross references? Have you mapped your cross references? Are you converting some your subheading styles to HTML lists ("convert auto numbers to HTML lists")? Do you have spaces at the end of some of the sub-headings or beginning of the sub-headings?
