I want to customize forward and back buttons to display somewhere in the topic. Where might I find some samples of toolbar images, or individual icons, other than the standard little triangles, to play with a design?

Google Images or go into File Associations and start as if changing an image for a program. You'll find plenty there.

I have created my own buttons using an image tool (i.e. Photoshop, SnagIt). I take an exact screen capture of the color in my skin then find a 1) house for home button, 2) name of online help system to cover About button.

My Legal Dept only lets me use Microsoft.com images to ensure we are abiding copyright laws.
