New Topics not found for other users

I currently have 11 different projects(each with their own database) and 3 users.

When one user adds a new topic to a project, the other user does a 'Get' in RoboSource and the new topic files come over into their local folder, but when they open the project, they don't see the topic in the list of files. Also, the link in the TOC looks broken for the user that just did the get. This has happened on several different projects. We are using RoboSource3 with RH6.

Were the projects initially added to source control via RoboHelp or directly from RoboSource Control Explorer? If they were not added via RoboHelp, you can run into problems like this.

All the projects were added through RoboHelp. We had already made the 'adding through RoboSource' mistake, so these are new fresh databases with the projects added through RoboHelp.

Jennifer, if you find a fix for this, would you mind sharing what you find out? I'd really like to learn anything I can about this.

Just wondering...does this problem occur only at the root level of the project, or does it happen with subfolders as well?

I've opened a case, so if Adobe sends me a solution I will let you know. After more research it looks like quite a few people are having this issue.

As far as I can tell it happens with both root topics and subfolders.
